Shaolin Master & Tai Chi Instructor

Shifu Shì Héngzhí is a 35th-generation warrior disciple of the Shaolin Temple. He studied Wushu in Italy under traditional masters and holds a degree in Philosophy. He holds a certified Master of Traditional Wushu Kung-fu title from the Italian Sports Association (ASI) and the prestigious 8th Duan (Duanpin) from the official Shaolin Temple system in China.

In 2017, he founded the Tygrysy Shaolin Kung-fu school under the supervision of Shaolin warrior monk Shì Yántí. He organizes international martial arts training camps and co-authored the Shaolin culture book First Steps in the Monastery (2025).

At FitMe, Shifu Shì Héngzhí specializes in joint-safe exercise design. He combines traditional Kung-fu, Qi Gong, Sanda, and meditation to build mental and physical strength.
