Taya's training specialties include circuit training, aerobics, TRX, Tabata, and functional strength training. She has worked in the fitness industry since 2018. The fitness systems she designs are based on her experience in competitive dance and choreography. Taya is actively expanding her credentials, currently undergoing advanced training at an international school of fitness and nutrition.
Among Taya's responsibilities at FitMe are leading high-energy fat-burning tracks and body-sculpting sessions. To build sustainable physical endurance, her workouts combine high-intensity conditioning with targeted recovery stretching.
